The front desk staff is very friendly and professional, always smiling and providing excellent service throughout the entire process. The comfort and cleanliness of both the lobby and the rooms are also excellent.
We typically choose Hanting when traveling in China, but my experience with Hanting Hotel (Jiuzhaigou Valley Scenic and Historic Interest Area Tourist Center) 汉庭酒店（九寨沟游客中心店）Wi-Fi was very disappointing. I used it to purchase an entrance ticket online, and my credit card information was stolen. I would strongly advise against using Hanting Wi-Fi for online transactions.

The hotel is very well located, about a 10-minute walk to Tianfu Square and the metro station. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shopping opportunities in the surrounding area. We stayed in a twin-bed room without a window. The room was clean but unfortunately a bit stuffy, and without a window, it wasn’t easy to ventilate. Overall, though, it’s a recommendable choic for the price.

A rare hotel , perhaps the only one, in our 20 day trip across 7 cities in China, where the receptionist spoke good English, and she was very helpful. The buffet style breakfast had great western and Chinese options, and they had excellent Costa coffee.. The price of the hotel is very good for what they offer!

This is my first time staying at Hanting Hotel near Tianfu Square in Chengdu. It is quite convenient. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the subway station for girls. The sanitation and facilities are clean. The breakfast is simple and standard. It is quite convenient to eat near Tianfu Square. It's just that it's a bit hot these days.
