環境很好。清凈，舒適，很適合度假。綠化也很好。服務員比較少。迴應很慢。最最生氣的是明明放在洗手枱旁的護膚品退房後，就説沒有看到。我們中午十點左右退房的。護膚品是我以為我老公收了。他以為我收好了。結果我們互相都沒有收。。到家整理東西才發現，沒有。問管家。管家説沒有。剛退房管家在羣上問了我問你一些很小的東西遺留。我們回答説不要了。結果，把擦臉的忘了。這種貴重物品。居然沒有。是不是可以投訴啊。真的太生氣了。

酒店整體給人的感覺用成都話來形容就是“裝瘋迷竅”，基礎設施設備有，但服務配套跟不上。首先是房型問題，三家人出遊專門預訂的三室三衞的雙層庭院房，因為我家是最後一個到的，到了後才發現給的807完全不符合賣家秀，找管家協調對方告知今晚已滿房，打開攜程一看明明還有同款房型，並且前前後後的獨棟都沒有人住。其次是關於早餐問題，通常來説一般酒店針對12歲以下或者身高1.2米以下的小朋友都是免費，如果是民宿的話都會酌情考慮單獨給小屁孩準備減量的早餐，但是貴酒店可能也是生意不好吧，我們6大3小就是要多收三個早餐，一份38也不貴，但品質也衹能呵呵。最後是關於退房延遲問題，因為頭一天到的時候天氣不好小朋友都沒去玩兒公共泳池，於是選擇第二天吃過早飯後去玩耍，擔心時間來不及遂詢問能否延遲退房，衹能説酒店的答覆一看就是培訓到位了的，最後是12點40退的房哈！綜上，出行不方便，周邊吃喝也不得，啥子無動力樂園也沒找到，房間裏面的泡池需要➕500元使用，誰去誰無語，生意秋也是正常的👍

整體房間品質，服務態度，環境都無可挑剔，性價比非常高。但不得不説説點的自己烤的燒烤，會大大拉低印象分，貴可以接受，但是肉類大部分都是劣質合成肉，幾乎沒吃，這種建議老闆還不如不要提供這種形式的餐飲。

不知道那個人是不是老闆，反正當天加微信的那個工作人員服務很熱情，入住的時候發了餐廳菜單還有入住的注意細節，告訴我車可以開到住的那一棟去停，反正停車很方面。第二天在餐廳吃了一頓午餐，吃了就離開了，看着不咋地，味道倒還行。
