Stayed here overnight before our flight. The room was comfortable and clean. We arrived late. Check-in took a while due to there being 8 of us and no English speaking staff. That is fine, but usually, hotels are prepared with a quick way to converse with a translation app. Despite this, the staff member was nice. We arrived via taxi. It was a bit confusing due to the Entrance being on a plaza and gated, so taxi couldn't drop us off at the front entrance. We were happy when we saw there is a convenient store in the hotel. I think it is open 24 hours. We booked the hotels free transfer to the airport. It is a big bus which is nice. Overall hotel has seen better days but is great and convenient for an overnight stay.

Easy access by metro and lots of eateries in the area. Good location. Free airport shuttle provided by hotel. Friendly staff.

Good, clean hotel. Location could be a bit closer to Shuangliu downtown but it's still close enough, taxi/ Didi 35 ¥.
Cleaners, reception very kind and polite. Price reasonable. Be early for breakfast.

The hotel room is large, clean, and has a good environment. The bed is very comfortable and large. The service is very considerate. I got up early in the morning to catch the flight and they packed breakfast for me.

The room is clean and has a balcony with a good view. There is a Luckin Coffee shop in the lobby. The restaurant on the fifth floor provides food delivery service, and you can scan the code to order food directly in the room, which is a benefit for lazy people. The hotel's own car broke down, but the hotel still provides free airport pick-up service (online car booking, the cost is paid by the hotel).
