I had a delightful stay at the Vienna Hotel (East Railway Station & Sichuan Normal University Branch). From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The receptionist, Xiao Li, was very kind and accommodating. He upgraded my room and offered a late check-in facility, which was incredibly convenient.
The hotel went above and beyond by offering us a complimentary breakfast and a beautiful little gift upon arrival, making our stay even more special. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, contributing to a wonderful experience overall.

Environment: OK. We arrived in the early morning. There was no light at the gate. We looked around.
Hygiene: 4 stars
Facilities: 3 stars. Breakfast is not included in the room rate. We bought it for 28 per person. There are not many varieties. The taste is average. The rice noodles have no taste. The milk is too light.
Service: 5 stars. The staff is very friendly. The only 5 stars of the hotel are for the front desk.
