Hotel location was central although entrance was a bit tricky to find as it is not clearly indicated from Tianfu Square from next to the Panda Shop. The lifts tend to get busy at times as there are several hotels in the same tower. The hotel has a free self-service laundry facilities that are useful for travellers on longer journeys. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and clean. The hotel attendants are all smiles and helped me a lot even when language was a barrier. The price of the room was very good value. If I return to Chengdu I would re-book the same hotel.

The lift to the hotel is at the left side of the building next to the huge panda store. If u can read chinese the signs will tell the direction. Other than that the hotel is good, cheap and near tourist spots. I enjoyed my 4 nights stay.

We love the service of the front desk staff name xiao xiao and xiao zhu. They helped us with laundry operation and even answered my lengthy queries about places of interest. Location is so near to the metro. Room’s facilities are good and big for 3 persons. The only downside to me is the simple breakfast.

At first glance, building of the hotel seems sketchy and old. But the service and interior of hotel were top-tier! The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating especially Sky. Location was close to every possible must-visit store or areas of the city. They also allowed early check-in and late check-out without much fuss, which totally helped us who arrived in Chengdu early but left the city late. One downside though was; there was one night where the water supply in the building was cut off due to mantainence. We understand that this was not the hotel's fault and since they provided enough water supply for the few hours, it was bearable.

Manager Chao and his 2 staff are friendly and helpful to find the location and assisting during check in. You need to walk across a building little bit then will find a travel company downstairs before getting to 6th floor. The manager can speak English (beginner level) so that's help a lot here.
The hotel located in front of Tianfu Square in the city center. Close by to the Muslim restaurants around 500m walk. The room is spacious.

Great location. Located in the center of the city, just across the street from Tianfu Square and a metro station away from Chunxi Road. Nearest train station is Chengdu East Station.
The room was spacious and clean. All amenities were available.
The staff were very friendly and cooperative.
Overall great place to stay.

The outer building might look a bit old but the room is big, modern, clean and comfortable. It has AI assistance to help to control the curtain, aircon and lightings which we like it a lot! It is a very short walk to Tianfu Square and short walk to the metro. There are a few malls nearby and many food options. There is a young chap who is very helpful to let us check out & choose the room before checking us in. The receptionists 斑斑 & 萧萧are friendly too!

Love to stay here. Mr Sky and Mr Kai really helpful and nice. Give us gift and surely we will repeat here. The place is very nice, good and clean.
