No complaints about any staff members. I booked a non-smoking room on this app. However, at the hotel, the staff said basically every room has been smoked in. My room had a hit of old smoke smell. I'm the middle of the night, I woke up with a splitting headache. I will never stay there again. Thank you.

Good value for the money, big room, furniture just a bit old. Staff friendly and helpful. Close to metro/south trainstation, otherwise not so interesting area.

Perfect hotel for your stay just 15 min walking distance from Lanzhou west , not far from center , hotel room is clean and comfortable, good service staff at checking counter !
