I chose the hotel for It's location primarily, being next to the panda base and also a good local park and flower exhibition. The indoor pool is good for swimming laps. Large room with a great view and as always a very good selection for breakfast.

First of all, I came to watch the concert. The slightly better hotel next to the sports complex is the Hampton Hilton. The room was as clean as ever and the decoration was very comfortable. Stayed for two days in a row. Since I didn't go out at noon on the second day, the staff called me to ask if I needed to clean the room, which was very considerate! The breakfast was also quite delicious. Dragon fruit is particularly sweet. The ladies at the front desk, Qiqi and Keke, were very welcoming as soon as they entered the lobby. They greeted us warmly. What deserves my most praise is that there is a small drawer for daily necessities on the right side of the front desk. It is true that I didn't bring makeup remover, which helped me a lot. Moreover, it’s a quick 2-kilometer walk from the concert to the venue, which is very convenient!

I pre-ordered afternoon tea and it was ready in my room at the exact time I arrived, really delicious too. I travelled by bicycle and they allowed me to keep it safely indoors; great to leave the following day directly on the Pihe Greenway, which also means a nice area to walk in the evening next to the river. The people at the front desk were very helpful; even bringing a complimentary coffee to my room because I had waited a long time downstairs. The room was great very spacious and light and quiet corridors. Breakfast had a great selection and was also tasty.

WWei WenOverall the experience is great, as this is a repeated stay. Krystal, the butler, has been attentive, friendly and will to your every request to make your stay one of a kind experiences. During this time, as China is still currently in winter phase, they are still currently using central heater, thus it make it a bit hard for people who prefer cooler conditions, but do take not that it is not their problems, as the whole of China is doing this. They have been great enough to provide fans to cool down the room and even change a bigger room for me for better ventilation. The location may be a bit outskirts of ChengDu, but everything you would need is in reached as there is mall beside the hotel and another mall not far away. Thus, CYNN would be a recommended choice and my first choice when returning back.

As such a cheap price, the room also has relatively complete facilities, hot water, air-conditioning, slippers, toothbrushes, towels and wifi. House environment: clean and sanitary
Surrounding atmosphere: there are restaurants, supermarkets, barbecue hot pot downstairs, and a night market across the street, which is super convenient.
During the peak training, the landlady also picked me up and dropped me off at the ski resort. After training, I ate barbecue downstairs to relieve the fatigue of the day.
The landlady is super nice and will recommend nearby restaurants, delicious and fun places. She can drink a lot too. This may be the most I have drunk this year, mainly because I met people who hit it off at first sight.

The front desk staff showed a high professionalism, they warmly received, efficient check-in, and were able to patiently answer our various questions, opening a wonderful start to our journey. The room environment is first class. The rooms are spacious and bright, with reasonable layout and simple decoration style. The facilities in the room are well-equipped and advanced, whether it is the comfort of the bedding, the quality of the bathroom facilities, or the operation of all kinds of electrical appliances, are impeccable. The cleaning of the room is also in place, every corner is spotless, making people feel very at ease and comfortable.
The hotel's catering service also impressed us. The breakfast is rich in variety, covering a variety of Chinese and Western cuisines, which can meet the taste needs of different guests. The dishes are fresh and delicious, well-made, and provide guests with a high-quality dining experience.
