Chengdu Jinniu District Hotels

The location of this hotel was perfect, less than two blocks to two different metro stations. A super short bike ride to People's Park or Kuangzhai Alley and loads and loads of tasty places to eat nearby. We would've loved to stay there for longer than just 2 nights since it's a great place to explore Chengdu. The staff was incredibly helpful with anything we needed and the garden area is super tranquil and relaxing, you wouldn't think you're right by a main road. Loved it!

The hotel environment is really good, and it is not particularly noisy here. The most important thing is that the hotel is a stand-alone building, and the elevator is not particularly crowded, and the floors are not too high. It is very comfortable to work here. Well, I have worked here for several days, and my feeling is really good.

The hotel is located beside the metro station and is very convenient for travellers. The hotel has good facilities and the breakfast buffet has wide selection of foods. The staff are all very polite. I like to thanks especially the front desk receptionist Miss Dan for her bright and cheerful smile, and for her help changing my room to a more quiet one very quickly. Her helpful service and smile has made my stay enjoyable. Thank you!

We live here in a suite, with two twin rooms of 1.8 meters. If we have a room, we also have toy blocks with some children, and then the service attitude is quite good. We will also swipe our room cards 24 hours a day.

The hotel is situated near the Siguniangshan bus station, making it an ideal base for exploring the mountain. Local shops and restaurants are within walking distance. While the location is excellent, the room I stayed in had a strong odor of cigarettes, If you don't like it you need to book a non-smoking room.

I am very satisfied. The honey water handed to me at the front desk as soon as I entered the hotel was very refreshing. It was my birthday yesterday and the hotel specially sent me a greeting card and cake. It was such a surprise. Thank you ^ω^.

Fantastic staff members. They escorted me everything from first second in front of hotel till the minute I checking out . Very helpful in every question and situation. Absolute cleanliness and very best service provided. 👍🏻👍🏻🥰

We booked a double double room but then upgraded to family room (please note:family rooms are allowed to smoke I heard). The first room we assigned gave a strong lingering cigarette smell, when we asked to change, they immediately open another rooms for us to smell (two members of my family have very strong smell that would make them sick often). Service was wonderful since arrival. They have free coffee and tea at the lobby. Free laundry room with dryer as well. The breakfast was wonderful too, our family always love a great breakfast in China. Mostly Chinese style, but they try to cater others with breads and jams, fruits, and milk. Location is very convenient, lots of local good food nearby. The receptions are very attentive. We needed help since our luggage's lock was broken, and they send someone immediately the next morning to help ( it was already night time when I asked for help). We stayed during Christmas, on Christmas eve, each of us were given a bag with an apple inside. When we checked out on the 25th my kids were given panda dolls and apples plus a bottle of mineral water for out train trip to another city by 小何, such a warming and wonderful service we received, made our Christmas in China beautiful

Stayed here for a night for Terry Lin concert. It's only 5 mins walk! Next door to hotel. Just opened in April 2024. Nicole and Tina have been helpful. Especially Nicole. Initially the hotel upgraded my room to L6 but room shower was choked and I couldn't shower due to the ponding. Nicole took immediate action to assist me and transferred me to another room where water flow is better. No choking this round. Bed and pillow super super super sleep for me. The pillow in my room is amazing of all the hotels I stayed in. Tv size is big! Breakfast spread is not bad. I'll stay here again because it is convenient. Nothing to do with the hotel. Outside venue, it's quite a bare area around the stadium. It'll be nice to have a mall. Residential area with a lovely park to stroll. Food shops operate usually during concert season. There are licensed food stands outside hotel which makes it fun and bearable to try their snacks- I was surprised at how good the handmade mochi is (No pic)!

This stay was beyond my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was attracted by the bright and atmospheric decoration and warm and thoughtful service. The front desk staff patiently checked me in and kindly reminded me of the surrounding attractions and dining recommendations. The rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the smart devices are all available, the lights and air conditioning can be controlled through the TV, and the details are super user-friendly. The breakfast is rich in variety, with both Chinese and Western dishes, and the freshly cooked noodles and baked desserts are especially delicious. The gym is fully equipped, and there is also a billiard room and gym. When checking out, the staff took the initiative to help with the luggage, and the whole experience was perfect! Highly recommended to friends who are traveling for business and vacation, I will choose here next time!
