Absolutely unbelievable service. 100 out of 100. I have been to the most exclusive hotels in the world from Paris to New York to London and Italy, and others and none of them can offer this kind of personal service whilst refusing point blank any tipping. As a foreigner without a word of Chinese i found the service astounding. Nothing, absolutely nothing is too much. They will even pay for your didi fare to facilitate your ride, do your laundry at no extra charge. Show you the best place to eat...i am still shocked. Its a 100 out of 100 for service. Fantastic location. Highly Recommended

There is only one card swipe button in the elevator, and the elevator has double doors. When there are many people, it is impossible to squeeze in to swipe the card. It is recommended to set up an additional card swipe button panel so that you don't have to cross other guests to swipe the card. There is only one elevator to the upper floors, and consider using it more during peak hours.
