Hotel staff are very friendly. Stayed there for 8 nights with my fiancé for our holiday in Chengdu and got a free room upgrade ☺️ The housekeeping auntie also help us to wash our clothes and check in every morning if there’s any clothes we would like it to be washed! Hotel have delivery robot which is very cute, fast & efficient. Our room is very very big, comfortable and it does feels like home.
