Rezen Select Hotels in Chengdu

There is nothing to say about the facilities of the new hotel, but the management is really confusing. We booked a giant screen and a premium king bed. As a result, the front desk gave us a garden comfortable king bed room with a giant screen. Because the projection was different from the TV, we asked the front desk. Another person who asked the front desk told me that it was because of the wide-angle photo and that I checked in at 5 or 6 pm and they called me at 12:30 in the middle of the night to ask if I could still stay. What’s more, I checked out at 9 am the next morning. and handed the room card to the front desk. At 12.53 noon, he called me and said that we would check out at 2 o'clock. I really accepted it.

The room was quite spacious and very clean. Breakfast was also included and was quite substantial. They even gave us two panda toys since we were traveling with a child, and there were also goodnight snacks. It's fantastic! The hotel is very close to Jiulong Mall, and you can even walk to Chunxi Road. The location and environment are excellent!

Booked a family room and it worth every penny.The room comes with 1 king size bed, 1 single bed,a big bath tub and kid amenities such as toothbrush,slippers and even toilet seat for kid.My daughter enjoyed it so much.Definitely will come back again if I had a chance to visit Chengdu again.
