酒店是一個十幾年的老店，但依然覺得不錯，走進酒店大堂優雅大氣，工作人員熱情迎接，微笑問候，客房寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適柔軟，自助早餐也很豐盛。值得推薦！！！

攜帶着80歲的老母親到城固遊玩，來到燎原酒店入住，深感很不錯，首先來到前台，服務人員很熱情的辦理入住，知道有長者安排安靜的房間，想的很周到，早歺也很豐盛，房間乾淨採光也很好，下次首選他們家，單位上的酒店，停車場也大，地方好找，購物方便。

酒店位置不錯，停車有專用的免費停車場。硬件設施確實有些老舊了，畢竟是企業的賓館，但是服務還是很不錯很熱情的。房間很小，衞生間衹能容納一人，洗澡水很大很熱，很舒服。床鋪也可以，挺乾淨的。早餐的麪皮非常好吃，缺少什麼食材給服務員説後馬上就上來了，服務很熱情。賓館整體沒什麼大的毛病，值得推薦入住。

星級賓館，有停車場，選的單人間，房間不大，設施稍微陳舊一點，中規中矩，1.5的床擠擠也能睡2人，帶早餐👍
