We booked two rooms. One room was fine, but the other was a very poor experience. The second room smelled bad, the AC did not work, and the WiFi was extremely poor and practically unusable. Despite raising complaints multiple times, no action was taken and no alternative room was provided. This was very frustrating because we paid for a proper 3-star stay, but the experience completely spoiled our trip. The reception staff also did not look professional, which added to the disappointment. In reality, the property feels like some made-up rooms on the 3rd floor, not a genuine 3-star hotel as they claim. This is misleading to customers and needs to be addressed.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed. Lift not working since last 3 days, ever since I checked in. Treebo management not bothered . No pantry or canteen. Hotel is on third floor. Decided to never opt for Treebo hotels. Very bad management

Ok hotel in Sirmione, outside the castle
The service and the location is good. We had a deluxe room but the bathroom was a bit worn with a broken toiletrollholder and damaged cabinet. There was a que and a bit of waiting to get a table for breakfast. Parking in the basement is expensive but practical if you have a small car…

At the breakfast there was no egg anymore and it was only 9:45 a.m, on the tables were bird droppings and on a plate we had egg remaining of another guest, seemed like the dishwasher didn’t clean right and the waitresses didn’t check.

Excellent location on Sirmione! The staff were all welcoming and kind, check-in way very efficient. We enjoyed the room which was well air conditioned and equipped with robes. The breakfast was wonderful, we highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, a short walk from the wall but still a bit away from the worst tourist chaos. The room was comfortable and spacious with a nice balcony, although it could do with a little touch up on the interior. Breakfast was decent and the staff friendly and helpful.

Excellent location for the hotel with the old town so close. Hotel looks a bit tired from the outside but inside it’s fine and the staff are well trained and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional, with a huge range of options.
The room was good, clean and the bed was comfortable. However the furniture in the room looks a bit tired and the bath-shower arrangement, fittings etc need upgrading.

I never stayed there. My dates were wrong and you wouldn’t let me change it without paying triple. So I paid not to stay there.
