Pathetic staff, cleanliness, location not tracable in Ola or uber, hote staff don’t pick calls to guide customers, no food or tea available

The stay was good, the limited staff managed electrical outage due to thevmanali substation fire, the best they could. Good luck and strive to achieve more.

Palm tree not recommended dirty bedsheets that i asked to be changed, smelly bathrooms that i had to ask to be cleaned, internet that doesn't work consistently and no solution given. Nearby occupants were making much noise in corridor and hotel doesn't intervene. Good location. Everything else is poor.

The negatives: 1. Wifi didn't work for all the 5 nights i stayed. 2. No hot water for shower; the manager arranged an electric coil for heating 3. Cleaning not done and your feet can feel the dirt on the floor 4. Towels and sheets not changed until asked 5. The phone didn't work and it was dead all the 5 nights; so not sure why they keep a desk phone in the rooms 6. Water bottles are not provided daily the positives: 1. I didn't change the hotel as it was closer to my workplace and to kapaleeswar temple 2. No mosquitos, 3. Ac worked 4. Ceiling fan worked 5. Bed was soft and firm

Waste of room not properly maintained here. See yellow colour

Please do not by the pics. It’s probably when the hotel was made new. The restaurant is not functional. I booked a free breakfast room
