The hotel is an old one and has not been renovated for a long time. The room smells bad. The location is very good. When checking in at night, there was only one clerk at the front desk, which was very inconvenient. The waiting time in line was a bit long, and parking was inconvenient.

酒店外觀非常大氣，大堂特別敞亮，前台小姐姐服務很親切點個贊👍，還得是大酒店床上用品以及屋內環境比小酒店還是乾淨衞生，因為是商務出差比較勞累床真的睡的特別舒服。強烈推薦！

第一天投訴完，第二天還是我行我素！真是死豬不怕開水燙！
第二天依然不給我們送行李，依然不給送水！依然不給配房卡！非得逼得我們紅臉才給辦事！
晚上讓送一把剪刀，送了半個小時也不見來人！最後説整個酒店就她一個服務員！我想問問，這是四星級酒店的配備嗎？

這是我35歲來住的最差的一個酒店，一個老酒店本來也沒抱有多大的期望，但是實在太臟了，沙發椅上都是不明的一灘灘臟東西，房間味道實在太大，煙味，長時間不通風的發黴味，因為我們是兩家定了4間房，每個房間都很臟，我親戚房間竟然還有上個客人留下的臟襪子，床上的大把頭髮都有，臟的我都不想洗澡，我真的懷疑它是不是趁着春節撈一筆然後關門，臟的我都沒拍照，但是和朋友吐槽的聊天記錄，供大家看一眼🤮🤮🤮

房間沒有打掃乾淨，頭髮，臭襪子都有
地毯很臟，煙頭
桌子也都是煙頭燙過的痕跡
酒店裝修很舊，牆體發黴開裂脱膠
早餐一塌糊塗，不值這個價格，鄉鎮旅館都不至於這樣
