My bedroom was with bugs. I can’t stand bugs and be like it’s normal. Although all staff were helpful, I can’t believe I had such a huge spider on my room. Great people ( except the driver) but I wouldn’t go back again

住了兩個晚上，第一晚的房間馬馬虎虎過得去，第二晚住的是餐廳樓上。房間有很多蟑螂，設施老舊，廁所門無法打開，隨時都會自動關上，還吱吱呀呀的想，晚上上廁所吵醒所有人。洗漱盆是漏水的，站在旁邊都會被留下來的臟水濺濕。入住2個半小時都沒有水來，國慶期間出行又累又困，晚上洗不了澡！要求賠償損失，已經是晚上10點了，老闆退房費要求我們離開……這是賠償嗎？是加倍折磨我們，這樣的房間還敢收300一晚，被投訴了，就退我們房費要求我們離開，態度極其惡劣。完全不把顧客權益，商家應有的基本的道德當一回事！

房間比較大，也還算乾淨。房間裏少見的有晾衣架，我覺得這個是值得的加分項。酒店門口就有水上樂園，帶孩子來正好可以玩。缺點的話就是花灑不太好，可能有點老舊了。吃飯也很方便，總體很滿意。

非常不錯的酒店：位置好，位於飛天山和高椅嶺景區中間的位置，去哪裡都方便；停車自由，有很大的停車場；吃飯，有休閑山莊；游泳池，有户外游泳池，適合帶小朋友的家庭
