Рекомендую посетить отель, расположенный рядом с центром города, рядом рестораны. Постоянно останавливаемся на наши с супругой дни рожденья, годовщину свадьбы. Отдельное спасибо Виктору, повару, выручившему меня в трудной жизненной ситуации. Приезжайте.

Позвонила в отель узнать, есть ли свободные номера, т.к. на сайте нет модуля бронирования онлайн. Сначала некий мужчина рявкнул и бросил трубку, недослушав вопрос, после моего повторного звонка начал орать, что ему "надоели звонить, придет директор-разберется". Если такое отношение к клиенту на этапе звонка, боюсь представить, что же ждет при заселении. К сведению отеля - ресепшен, это ваша работа - отвечать на звонки и предоставлять информацию, раз ее нет на сайте! Выбрали в итоге другой отель для заселения.

Хорошее, уютное место. Тишина, хоть и рядом ж/д вокзал. Удачное расположение. Чуткий и отзывчивый персонал. Советую. Медведи добрые ))) Понравился интерьер столовой в старинном стиле. В любое время можно прийти и попить чай или воду.
