Excellent family run pub,we had fun and we had exceptional bar staff who was attentive and friendly towards us. We could have played darts for hours. Thank you very much .. The family and Page! Great place for solo travellers on a budget
Great location, well priced, free parking, friendly staff. Rooms have recently had a light refurb with new furniture and carpets. This was my 2nd stay here and already planning my next.
Only downsides are the sound proofing isn't great and Room 3 could use a new mattress. Current one is quite worn and uneven

Warm / clean and welcoming
Booked for my colleague who said the staff / owners were very welcoming and friendly ,lovely clean rooms , by all accounts it was home from home , he would defiantly stay again and highly recommended
