I absolutely loved this hotel, so clean, friendly staff and yummy breakfast! Walking distance to all the lovely bars and restaurants too! Would definitely stay here again :)

Very good location and just few minutes’ walk to town centre, clean and tidy hotel; but staff forgot to prepare the sofa bed before arrival; and had to asked again in late evening

Clean , comfortable, good breakfast & close to all amenities .
Given room 126 think for light sleeper as the nearest room to the busy road , didn't bother us as we had enough drinks to sleep , great view of the race coarse on other side.
Parking was £10 on hotel site therefore easy to get in & out .

Hotel is located 2min walk from the main streets,, also on the edge of race course, parking additional £10/ night. Staff are attentive. Offered us an extra night stay an amazing price.
Breakfast was fresh self service, gain staff were great.
Clean room and comfortable bed too!
