Premier Inn Chesterfield North

We've stayed in many Premier Inns They're good value, clean rooms, wonderful staff and we trust them Chesterfield north didn't disappoint in these aspects We did feel the walls and ceiling may of been thinner than other others, the amount of noise coming from other guests was really annoying Maybe a top floor room would of been ideal and the noise from children running around in the room above could of been avoided The restaurant next door is also decent and good value If you have a Blue Light discount card, the restaurant accepts this for 25% off

I never cease to be amazed at the wonderful attentive staff at Premier inns and the Chesterfield North hotel is definitely no exception. We were greeted by the very cheerful Hannah who noted that it was my wife's birthday. Having checked in, we settled in to our room which though a little dated and in need of some TLC, was spotlessly clean. We made our way to the restaurant and had a very enjoyable and tasty meal. After the meal, Hannah had made sure that my wife received a birthday card and some shortbread from the team. This was such a wonderful touch and made the stay even more special. The hotel is sufficiently set back from the roads and our stay was extremely quiet, apart from the odd heavy footed guest making their way back to their room. Once this had settled down we had a great nights sleep and were ready for the short trip into Chesterfield to re-acquaint ourselves with this remarkable place. We heartily recommend the Chesterfield North hotel, it's staff and location for a a peaceful stay in the Peak District. Hope to see you all again soon.

Due to a family emergency we booked to stay here as it was close to the hospital and free parking. From the moment we walked in we felt so welcome. The receptionist friendly. The room was warm on a cold day and had everything we needed. Extra tea and coffee available in reception was helpful as we love our tea. The bed comfy giving us a great night sleep. As you would expect the shower was great just what you need to wake you up in the morning. I want to say a thank you to all the staff for being so compassionate whilst we had to stay.

This is a fantastic hotel. All the staff are so friendly. The Receptionist who checked us in was chatty and took an interest in why we were staying. We chose this hotel as it has a free car parking and close enough for a night out in the town. The room was spotless and as always we had the best night sleep. The shower was a little disappointing as not much water. Breakfast was nice although busy, but we did go mid morning, so maybe go early or later during open times. We will be back in the summer, thankyou to all the team.

ABSOLUTELY the worst stay i have ever had. The reception lady with tattoos all Over was extremely rude, would not help me with directions to the town centre and disregarded my complaint about the filth in the room. There was food under the bed, hairs in bath and a sock over the fire alarm when i arrived. This was escalated to the manager who spoke to my wife in a rude sharpe manner who argued that the rooms was checked prior our arrival and there was no sock. I am not a liar and we do not smoke! I will not return here due to the staff.

I stop in this hotel every time I'm in Chesterfield the guy on check in Daniel is a top guy always very helpful All the staff in the restaurant are always very nice and helpful And I always get the best sleep before my long journey home I will continue to use this premier inn as I have done for a long time
