This company promises cleaning services once per week. However, the managers at this site are not intersted at all in making this promise come to pass. I spoke with the dierctor, but she lied and did not want to solve the situation. I asked for customer service information and her response was that she will not renew my contract. She also lied about the services and schedule; it was very disapointing to speak with a manager with such attitudes so I decided just to leave. I tried contacting customer service but that same dierctor is the one that replies to emails. There are many great places in Chia for 1/2 the price. I found one that even has finger print tec for 1/2 price at a great location. While the building is nice, the management team lacks customer service knowledge, and basic human ethics. The reception staff is wonderful though.

El sitio es ideal para descansar o trabajar. Las habitaciones son cómodas, con cocinas bien equipadas. El personal es atento y amable. Además, cuenta con piscina, gimnasio y una excelente ubicación cerca de centros comerciales. Volvería!!!

Tranquilo, acogedor y con un servicio increíble, desde que ingresas al lobby del hotel te reciben con una sonrisa, las habitaciones son increíbles, limpias, grandes y lo mas importante las zonas comunes, piscina y jacuzzi incluido en el valor de la noche.

Fui a pasar el fin de semana con mi familia y quedé encantada con el lugar; el servicio fue excelente. Mis hijos disfrutaron de todos los espacios con los que cuenta el Hotel, estuvieron en la piscina y pudieron jugar en el último piso. Realmente un hotel al que quiero regresar

Tuve el placer de hospedarme en UMA Suite Chía durante cinco días por motivos laborales, y mi experiencia fue sencillamente espectacular. El hotel es grande, con habitaciones amplias y cómodas, equipadas con cocinas que hacen sentir como en casa. Además, cuenta con zonas húmedas perfectas para relajarse, así como hermosas terrazas con una vista impresionante. El servicio de limpieza es impecable, con un personal amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. También ofrece zonas BBQ ideales para comparpara compartir en grupo. Una de las cosas que más me impresionó fue la disponibilidad de salas amplias para reuniones empresariales, lo que lo convierte en un lugar ideal tanto para trabajo como para descanso. A su alrededor, hay una gran variedad de centros comerciales y restaurantes que complementan la estancia. Sin duda, lo recomiendo a cualquiera que busque comodidad, servicio de primera y una excelente ubicación.
