The hotel is stylish and luxurious. There is a lot of parking. The facilities are complete. The shower is new. There is an elevator. The staff is polite and gives good advice. I would like to see more cleanliness because there were scraps on the cushion next to the bed when I checked in. Overall, it is good. I will definitely come back again.

1. Stayed in a hotel for 3 days and 2 nights, 3 people, paid for an extra bed, had to get 3 sets of towels on the first day, after that the next day they took 3 sets and didn't bring a new set to change, until I had to ask in the middle of the night and the staff came to inform me that 1 handkerchief was missing. I don't know what the staff meant, we didn't keep it anywhere.
2. There were only 2 clothes hangers in the room, asked for 3 more. When the staff brought them, there was 1 plastic one and 2 wooden ones, totaling 5 pieces. But on the day of check-out, the staff informed me that we took the wooden hangers. Will the staff think that we switched like this? Why didn't they check first? I felt really bad. There was no apology from the staff at all.
3. The pillow had a little stain. We didn't know if it was stained before we arrived or what. We told the staff that it couldn't be washed out by just spraying water and rubbing it with our hands. This wasn't washing silk. To be honest, it was a little stained. If it was like this, we wouldn't dare to sleep at all. We were fined 150.-
