Pet friendly Hotels Chiang Khan

This resort is too far to walk from the river walk/walking street, but we had rented a car and it's a very short drive. The trade-off is worth it - this is an extremely nice resort, the best we've stayed at in the north outside of any big city. The room was spacious with balcony and great river view. They provided a cot for our baby. The grounds are very well kept with lots of interesting things to look at (it's a selfie paradise!) Good breakfast buffet, everyone very friendly. Not worth dropping a star for, but I think the restaurant could open a bit later (the kitchen closes at 7pm but no rush to finish eating). Also be careful with the shower, it takes a while but the water can then get scalding hot and high pressure. With care though, it was good to have a nice warm shower with good pressure - yes, a contradiction, it's too much of a good thing and you need to be careful. Anyway it really felt like we were on holiday, it's a fabulous place to relax and honestly the staff were exceptionally friendly (it turns out that people here love babies, but they were always helpful anyway). If you have a car then it's easily the best choice, if not then consider it anyway but I can't comment on any transport arrangements to the walking street.

The hotel is very close to the walking street, a few steps to reach the pedestrian street. Like people who don't finish shopping at one time like us 🤭 After eating, you won't be full. Go buy new, walk is not tiring at all. And most importantly, they have a lot of photo angles, can collect a lot of content 📷 📍 U villa, who will come as a family. Bring it here. The room is good but secretly a bit small. But the room we booked had air conditioning not very cool. When we came in it was already late, so we had to endure it. There is convenient hotel parking. I really like it. Near many convenience stores, easy to get to. It's close to the walking street as well. Overall it's good, but I can only think of one thing: the air conditioner isn't cool.

Chiang Khan is a small river town with the magic of the Mekong river bringing visitors from far and near. With that, prices are exorbitant. Supposedly our room was for 4 persons but we used only one king size bed. The bedsheets were badly stained and we used the lesser of the two dirty ones. Mini Fridge didn't work and we asked for a replacement but it didn't work either. Bathroom was dirty at the corners and we wore slippers while bathing. Aircon was noisy but cold enough. Aarrgg..not coming back here again even for free.

We booked 3 days 2 nights. We booked a big room. 2 double beds About cleanliness Full of 10, not broken at all, I like the atmosphere very much, next to the Mekong River, next to the walking street, the view is very beautiful, there will be only accommodation, not soundproof, just that.
