"As the name suggests, a great spot on top of a hill just outside of town.
The owners are very friendly and helpful. They will pick you up and drop you off in town if needed. The view from the restaurant is across the Mekong to Laos, the room has a nice view and it's quiet, away from dogs, roosters and everything else. It's clean and comfortable and makes for a great stay. The owner drove us to the bus station when we left and will definitely be back."

"Only stayed for one night but the receptionist was very helpful and there are great cheap rooms here! Nice pool as well! Recommended!"

"We stayed in a riverside room with a stunning view. The resort has a unique charm — blending Thai elements with tranquility in a beautifully balanced way. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Compared to other hotels in the area, the breakfast here was quite good.
One downside: the bathroom roof design can be slightly inconvenient during the rainy season.
This resort is perfect for couples and families. However, it might not be ideal for elderly guests, as the walkways lack handrails.

"perfect place to wait for crossing the boarder. great view from porch to the other side of Mekong river (which is Laos). Great kitchen, very friendly, english speaking stuff and a good breakfast. Room is very clean, also the bath."

Although it is a distance from downtown Chenkorn, there are also Lotus and cafes within walking distance. We recommend spending a relaxing time.
