Spa Hotels in Chiang Mai

Snugged in a corner of a residential area is this gorgeous hotel that matches its name - White. Two 4 storey buildings and an open pool area make up this comfortable hotel with big huge rooms! Don't expect too much variety for your breakfast but it is sufficient! The location of the hotel is relatively near to (within 10 mins walk): 1) Chiang Mai Gate Market, 2) Anusarn Market, 3) Chiang Mai Night Bazaar, and 4) Wau Lai Walking Street by the river of Mae Kha Canal. You'll have to take time and walk around this area. If you stay around here for more than 3 days, you will find that this area has many little shops and restaurants littered all around that serves fabulous food at very affordable prices! The location is great because it is right next to Tapa! But it's a bit dangerous to cross the road ^^ ;; The hotel is clean but I don't know why it's a 4 star ㅎㅎㅎ If you don't expect it, it's worth staying, not soundproof ..... Breakfast should be applied in advance a day, and it comes out like a brunch menu, simple coffee juice fruit and good value for money! ㅎㅎㅎ

If you don’t want to pay the $200+ for the marriot next door then book this hotel. It’s a wonderful 4 star hotel and the marriot is about a 15 second walk. Full size gym, amazing pool. This hotel is almost as good as the marriot but about 80% cheaper.

Location is convenient as there are various eateries located near the hotel. Check in was also fast and seamless. Housekeeping was a bit slipshod. Dirty and used cutleries from room service was left uncleared for a few days despite there was housekeeping everyday along the corridors. Taps in the bathroom were old and worn out. On the second last day of our stay, both shower and washing basin tap came off.

Very nice hotel located in the centre of Chiang Mai. Very close to night market. A free gift from the hotel is given to all rooms upon arrival. The staff are super friendly, especially the breakfast area.

Such a good hotel, Brian at reception was very helpful during our stay and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time.

Overall, I liked the experience. Excellent hotel, very well located and with very good amenities. The hotel is located in walking distance to many places, especially if you're interested in exploring the city. The area is nice and gets very active, especially in the evening. However, we hardly had any issue with the noise. The rooms were well cleaned, smelled fresh and the staff, in general were pleasant. The only thing I noticed was that some ( again, only some ) of the staff at the front desk prioritised Western and certain other types of guests over the others. I observed how they communicated with different guests, and it's the only unpleasant thing I noticed. I strongly urge the management to address this and work on approaching every guest with equal attention. I had to wait at the counter for over 10 minutes. My cousin and my mom were beside me too so there's no way they could've missed us. They could have acknowledged us and told us to wait a bit. Because I know they were busy. But we weren't acknowledged as expected. Some other guests were acknowledged right away and were approached differently. That's definitely something to work on and isn't professional. As a well travelled person who's stayed in hotels of many categories, this - for me - was definitely a huge minus, the only reason I don't give a 5/5 for service. However, they were polite and courteous during checkout. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and very friendly. The doormen and other staff in the hotel were equally nice too. The breakfast was ok. Overall, it was all good except for what I've pointed out. I would like to think the management will address this and work on fixing it to elevate the service level. I'll highly recommend for the hotel. convenient location, in front of night braza. Lots of happening at night. Hotel provide perfect service. Love it. Will definitely come back if I go chiangmai.

As far as location, this is in the best location in old city. Next to many restaurants, shopping, wat chedi luang temple, cafes, and massages. The property itself is super clean and the service is top notch. The only drawback is the pool is very very cold. It would be nice if there was a heated pool fin chiang mai just for winter months.

Excellent place away from the hustle and bustle of the noisy city. Very close walking to the Maya mall and great restaurants there like vegan buffet choices for take out on lower level or Dukes for a great hamburger on 4th floor! Hotel Pool was a great and rare addition for this city. I will be back. Tower rooms are more modern.
