Very sad as the pool is closed after the earthquake. Room is good and 7 eleven is just opposite the road.

The apartment is located in a convenient location and check in process is easy as the owner gave the detailed instructions one day before the check in. However, the bed is super hard and the kettle is very dirty. The small towels provided have musty smell, the hand wash gel has expired. The clothes drying rack was spoilt but they get it changed immediately the next day.

This is not a hotel. It is a good size apartment and the pool and gym are great. I did not get a chance to use the sauna and the steam room was under repair.
Unfortunately the owner did not leave adequate kitchen cleaning materials, such as a tea towel and a cloth to wipe down the sink after use. Trip.com were useless in checking this out for me via chat. A person turned up with 3 fresh bath towels instead.

We checked into the room not being cleaned (in fact, very dirty and messy) and it took an additional 2 hours to get the room cleaned before we could use it. Not quite acceptable or presentable as a first impression. The host made us check out on time as well and did not give us any extension as a result of it.

Iconic building, nice apartment, just could be a little better stocked for short lets. The pool and gym on the roof are great, and movement in and out is easy, along with check in and out. Don't miss the takeaway chicken rice to the left of 7-11.
