What a great hotel. Tucked away in an alley off of the main road that heads to south gate, this hotel is directly in the center of old town. The suites are like having two hotel rooms in one. Perfect for a couple of couples or a family traveling together. We have been in three locations and three hotels on this trip and Glyn was our favorite. We ended up taking tours each day we were there so missed out on eating at their restaurant, but their menu looks great. The staff are super friendly and helpful.
The town is smaller than it looks on a map. We flew in early and spent a few hours walking around town, covering a lot of ground. South gate and it's night market are a ten minute walk from the hotel. Several of the big temples are blocks away.
Easy to step out to the main road and catch a truck to take you anywhere.

The hotel location is good because it is in the old city center.
However, there are a few inconveniences.
I want to relax in the bathtub, but there is no hot water.
Only warm water comes out. It is about 35 degrees.
It does not come out at 40 degrees.
And there are a total of 3 air conditioners, and the filter in the living room air conditioner was so dirty that I asked them to clean it. When I went out and came back, it was clean. However, they only cleaned the living room one and not the bedroom one. It was difficult to leave a good review.
The problem was that they did not clean it, but they only cleaned one even though I pointed it out. It is an action that does not consider the customer's health.
I hope the cleaning staff reads this.
If these two things are improved, it will be a pretty comfortable place to stay. It opened last year, so most of the facilities are new.
