The services and facilities listed a gym, so I called the duty staff to ask which floor it was on, but she replied that there was no gym.
The cleanliness was far from satisfactory. The floor was sticky; the kitchen had a lot of black grime; the microwave seemed unclean, with food particles splattered all around inside; the sink had toothpaste stains that weren't properly cleaned; the bathroom had many stains and the floor was very sticky. The housekeeper broke the luggage locker, and when the staff called the housekeeper, they didn't admit it and even asked if the locker was already broken. If it wasn't caused by human error, then the hotel must be *******.

Great location close to Maya shopping mall, convenient store near the hotel 1mn walking. Service is great. Good size room feels like home. Happy to stay again

Overall it was good. The service staff was easy to communicate with. They recommended a massage place according to our request and made an appointment for us. It was a very pleasant experience.
