We were booked here for 21 nights and then travelled to other parts of Northern Thailand. The staff were lovely. Helpful, polite, interested and kind. Our room was large, a spacious bathroom and a balcony that had sun in the afternoon (204). Hotel is c 10 minute walk from old city and there are many bars and restaurants in immediate area. Pool is nice and shared with hostel. We found hostel residents generally polite and pleasant. If i came to Chiang Mai again, i wouldn't stay anywhere else. We felt very at home.

The Warehouse boutique hotel is highly recommended! The rooms are extremely comfortable and spacious. The pool is phenomenal. The location is perfect and it is a 5 minute walk from the U.S. Consulate. The hotel offers food from several restaurants but there are also many more in the area. The best part of our stay was the friendly, welcoming and very accommodating staff. The entire staff was wonderful from the house keepers to the pool staff. But the manager Pattie and the front desk receptionist Matmee went above and beyond to make our stay extraordinary and memorable. The entire hotel was immaculate. The pool area, the rooms as well as the lobby were always very clean. We love the hotel but we will definitely stay again because of the friendly, professional and exceptional hospitality that we received from the entire staff!

Ideal place to stay for just a few days. Great location for the old city which is a short walk away. Rooms were basic and clean although a little rough around the edges. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice pool area with plenty of sunbeds. This is a hostel so there are lots of young back packers but there was no loud music blaring or rowdy behaviour. It's a very chilled relaxed atmosphere.

Very bohemian feel. Large rooms and comfortable beds. Pool was GREAT. Staff were attentive and helpful. Not a luxury hotel but an excellent choice in a cool area. This is out of the old city but close enough to walk. The pictures honestly do not do it justice.

First impression was not great but the whole experience was wonderful. Room was big and quiet at night. Comfortable bed and pillow. Balcony in the sun for a few hours. It was in a separate block near the reception area, facing it - Room 204. The hostel element didn't really impact us at all except that there weren't spare loungers near the pool. Breakfast (not included - 150Baht, £3.75) was rudimentary but we found better options nearby at a similar price. The main person we saw on the reception desk seemed to do most things and was very helpful. She was mortified when we pointed out that, when we first arrived at the room, the bins had not been emptied. Sorted quickly and without fuss. The location was good for us - handy to walk to most things in the Old City.

Short review: This is a hidden gem. It was my first time in Chiang Mai and Thailand. My initial instinct was to get an Airbnb, and I am so glad I didn't. Kia, her family, and her staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. This isn't a 5-star hotel, but they made me feel like I belong in Chiang Mai. Their kindness made me feel right at home. I hope to revisit Chiang Mai and stay with them.

The location of this hotel was perfect. Within walking distance of the old square as well as all markets. In booking excursions there was no issue in being picked up from here also. My partner and I extended our stay in Chiang Mai and were happy to stay here longer. With availability we stayed in a standard double room, double deluxe room and superior double room. All rooms were very clean and had the necessary facilities included. You couldn’t hear anyone in the room next door. The pool was perfect for a quick cool down in the hot Thai heat. Never any issue with sun-lounger availability. All the staff here were lovely and helpful. Cant complain at all about them. Happy to help us book excursions, sort laundry and with us checking out of one room we were immediately able to check into the other. This was really convenient and we appreciated the staff in sorting this for us without us even asking. Wifi was available and really good connection. We didn’t have breakfast but you could get drinks from reception at the same price as 7-11.

A short 10 minute walk from the city centre this converted garage/hardware store is a great place to stay. The rooms are modern, clean, spacious and kept like new. The pool is lovely and a great place to chill out. A small breakfast is included so we did not pay for the 150 baht option. The stay are all lovely and incredibly helpful. On site there are a few trendy shops as well as a fantastic little cocktail bar. If you can, we’d recommend staying in one of the two rooms that has the balcony overlooking the pool.
