Truly WONDERFUL. Most relaxing hotel I have ever stayed in. Felt at home from moment we arrived. Staff super friendly and helpful. Hotel is finished to a high standard with fixtures and fittings that a antique.
Breakfast was sublime. Four choices all freshly prepared. Portions are large up not over bearing, especially if you are walking to explore all that Chiang Mia has to offer.
We used the hotels free to use bikes and went 30km, on flat roads. Basic but functional.
Hotel is in old part of city within the moted walls, nestled in a quiet corner, close to all amenities & tourist attractions. Especially recommend the Center of Thai Traditional and Complementary Medicine, TTCM, Chiang Mai. 400 metres from hotel, delivering true Thia Massage, by therapists who are highly skilled. Had two sessions over my 6 days and felt much better for them.

I stayed here 6 years ago and again recently.
It has maintained the same level of service and cleanliness.
This is a great, quiet place to retreat to after exploring Chiang Mai.

It was a special experience. The staff were so warm and friendly, like family~ Clean floors and sheets, hearty breakfast! Also, the beautiful building exterior, unique windows in the lobby~ I will definitely go back. I will upload a picture of my mom who was so happy😻

It's a lovely boutique hotel. The breakfast is also Instagram-worthy. It was a shame that the sound of motorbikes and cars passing by outside could be heard from inside the room because it was made of wood.

This is a very good accommodation. If you don't want a grand 4 or 5 star hotel, you should book this accommodation quickly.
First of all, the water is clean. I brought a shower filter from Korea and used it, and it was the cleanest I've seen in 3 days.
The room is also clean. There are no bugs.
I booked this place because they said the breakfast was delicious, but I couldn't eat breakfast because I was playing golf. (Breakfast hours 07:00 ~ 10:00)
However, I came back to the accommodation after 11:00 after playing golf, and they prepared breakfast for me. I was really touched here. You can't get this kind of service at a big hotel.
The accommodation has a sense of emotion, and it's fun to find elements that the owner has lovingly managed here and there.
The owner is very kind. All the advantages of a small hotel are here.
Next time I go to Chiang Mai, I'll go there again.

The staff are all very nice. The living room downstairs is very cozy. The sister who makes breakfast has a sweet smile and is very well-behaved. The room we live in is a loft on the second floor. The upper floor is just the bedroom. The living room and bathroom are on the lower floor. It may be inconvenient to run up and down.
