Great little modern hotel. Huge room 307. Perfect size for 2 people. Everything working as new. If you're after a view, this is not for you, it's just a well functioning basic hotel accommodation. Foyer/lobby has a has a larged sized waiting area.
Very nice friendly staff, reception and cleaners.
Has 4 floors including ground floor, and note it does not have a lift. Floor layout in photo.

lobby is nice and clean. note there are no lifts for this place so if that’s an issue then… it’s an issue
for the price point, it’s indeed value for money. walking distance to tha pae gate, lots of shops and massage places around
no kettle in room but there is a hot water dispenser on ground floor to fill. mind the steps in the room too
no complaints for the price paid. good for a one night stay

There was no elevator, you need to carry your luggage by stairs. In our room was a strange door, and next to this door was another rooms gate it was terrible, wall was very thin so when i laugh with my friend, next door's roommate hit our wall
