Excellent services from the crew and superb breakfast! Bed was super comfy, walking distance to sunday walking market, only disadvantage was no electric plug point by the bedside.

Room is spacious and clean! It’s a comfort to return to the room after a whole day out under the Chiang Mai sun. Service from the lobby reception to the breakfast staff to the bar staff is wonderful! A day will start with a scrumptious breakfast to a cold drink from the bar upon your return nightly.
The hotel is in a perfect location- 8min to Chiang Mai Night Bazaar, 14min to Saturday Wua Lai walking street and 17mjn to Sunday walking street! Not only that, there are plenty of food and massage places just out of the alley the hotel is nestled in.

I don’t write many reviews here but I wanted to give Hotel Loy Chiang Mai a huge shoutout for making our vacation to Chiang Mai so wonderful.
We booked the large suite with the outdoor hot tub which was spacious and beautiful. The hotel also has a large infinity pool and bar. Breakfast was included with our room and was top notch!
What truly impressed me though was the level of service and friendliness of the staff. Every time we went in or out, the staff had tea prepared for us. The staff recognized us and called us by name and the bartender Zen was always telling us jokes and making us laugh. Thank you Hotel Loy (and Zen in particular) for making this trip unforgettable!

The hotel boasts a beautifully designed interior that combines artistic elegance with a hint of Japanese style, creating a refreshing atmosphere. Breakfast was a highlight, offering delicious à la carte options served directly to the table. The location is convenient, close to attractions like Tha Phae Gate and various dining options. Overall, Hotel Loy provided a warm and welcoming environment, making my stay truly memorable. Highly recommended!

Very pleasant stay. Room size and layout was comfortable. Breakfast was awesome. Welcome drinks and snacks were served upon arrival and every night when we reached back to the hotel. Staffs were friendly and helpful as well. Special mention to Zen whom went the extra mile to help purchase the coconut biscuit with pineapple jam that I was looking for. Highly recommend to book a stay here.
