Aksara Heritage

The swimming pool is big and the location is good, but the first thing I did when I got up was to lie down under the bed... Let me first say the conclusion, the check-in experience is really not worth the price, you can't cancel, don't buy it. The name of the hotel might be better translated as "Aksara Heritage". Except for the two lanterns by the washbasin in the room, I really can't see where the "tradition" is. The overall style is a European and American style, but the details and experience are really hard to describe, so I came here to complain. Service: (1) When checking in, you need to write down your credit card number as a deposit, and the front desk will explain a lot of things to note. (2) The shrimp crackers provided are okay, but the other snacks are not tasty. The oranges provided are too unpalatable and I threw them away after taking a bite. (3) The fresh milk for the free breakfast is good, but the rest is just average. Facilities: (1) The room is really small. (2) The bed design is very problematic. There is a wide gap at the head of the bed. If you put your glasses next to the pillow, they will fall under the bed if you are not careful. The first thing you do when you open your eyes is to crawl under the bed to get your glasses. (3) The TV cannot connect to the Internet. Even if you connect to the mobile hotspot, you need to have your own membership account to watch Netflix. It is just a decoration. (4) There is a layer of glass on the table, so you can't use the mouse. (5) When checking out, the elevator was broken and you had to carry your luggage downstairs by yourself. Environment: (1) There is a temple next to it. Chanting is on time at 7 am. The balcony is well soundproofed, but the entrance door is not soundproofed.

It was so beautiful. It was a pity that I didn't enjoy the swimming pool properly. The only drawback was that there were too many bugs and ants.
