The room was very spacious and bright, with a good view of the old train station. However, the water pressure was too high and it hurt when it rushed to the body. Turning the water off turned off the water and there was no hot water.

This hotel is directly across the street from the train station so I stayed here one night before I took an early morning train to Bangkok. It is a basic hotel but the room was quiet and comfortable, the shower worked well and the bed was not bad as well. As others have said, it has 7-11 next door and breakfast is in the outdoor cafe next door - not a great selection but it fills the stomach.

We booked the boss as it had such good reviews however unfortunately we had a terrible time here. when we arrived there were stains on the bed when informing staff we were told it would be changed and never did the whole time of our stay, after asking several times we just gave up and accepted they weren't going to be changed. This is the only place we have stayed in Thailand where there hasn't been drinking water and general cleaning provided in the bedrooms. The one bathroom that was being shared between 12 people and was also never kept clean. We also had a major incident here, where my partner slipped on the shared bathroom floor due to is being so slippery and hurt himself, the bathroom sink had fallen on top of him resulting in him being injured. This incident was not handled by the hotel greatly at all with the manager (Kim) getting very verbal towards us. Will not be back and would highly recommend booking somewhere else there is unfortunately nothing good to say about this hotel and needs to be avoided at all costs.

Couldn't believe how close this hotel was to the train station. Across the road, how convenient. Just walked over and bought our tickets to Phitsanulok. Easy peasy. A little restaurant outside the station entrance was perfect for a takeaway lunch for our train trip, and cheap. You can order full meals here also. The hotel room was not big but comfy, clean and had everything we needed for a 1 night stay. Has an elevator. Not as much noise as we expected. Hardly any actually. We included breakfast, a great price deal, which we had in the restaurant next door. Al la carte. 7eleven store next door. Only approx. 20 minute walk to Ping River, a little longer to the market. Their is a lovely cafe/restaurant on the river also Would definitely stay here if needing to catch the train again. Really great price and convenient.

This is a lovely hotel with so much to offer. It is walking distance to the train station, and '' song theaw" transport is approx 60 baht to Tha Phea Gate. We had a room higher up to stop noise from traffic, etc. 7/11 is few doors away. Staff here are super friendly, n our room is huge, clean and shower is v good. Breakfast is chosen from a menu list, buffet breakfast only when there are coach loads of local tourists. Overall, I will stay here again.
