Superb! Had a great stay at this place, which looked absolutely beautiful and clean. As I was having a conference at the nearby ChiangMai Convention Centre, this place was still within walking distance. I loved how clean and neat this place was kept all the time. The titbits and sodas in the room was also replenished on a daily basis for free! This is the first time I encounter such great treatment! There was a day when it was raining, and they happily lent me an umbrella to use for the day. Reception was always ready and willing to offer any help when needed.

The hotel isn't close to the city centre and tourists' spots but it is very close to CECCE Chiang Mai where we went to see a concert there. There are also many beautiful cafe around the neighbourhood. The room was comfortable and clean. But there's no elevator so a bit hard to carry luggages.

Be careful dogs along way walk , rooms each very close , airplane above was loud, Service is pretty good , but when they clean room they made very loud noise (should have known some guests woke up late)

The facilities are complete but not recommended. The water heater only has cold water, no hot water for bathing. The hotel is right under the flight path of the plane. A plane will fly over soon and it is very noisy. The dogs downstairs kept barking in the middle of the night, which is very annoying. The hotel has partition walls so the sound insulation is not good. You can even hear the sound of the neighbors watching TV in the middle of the night. The most important thing is that it is remote. You can't go out at night. There is nothing to visit below. The attractions are very far away. The price is not cheap. It is recommended to book near the ancient town for about 150-200. The hygiene may not be very good. It is recommended to bring your own disposable items (the picture is opposite the Maya Shopping Center, which is good for shopping)
