We have no problems with the rooms except for some amenities like the pool. The pool is green which means they are not cleaned regularly.
The location is a minus. Aside from being far from the old town, transportation is a challenge. You have to walk more than 500m just to get access to taxi. You need to book a car with Grab.

We booked a king size bed, upon checked in, rooms lights too dim, air con fan TOO noisy, TV not working 😩very disappointed, request change room and given a deluxe twin bed room again TV not working, without compensation etc, it’s okay caused not watching and don understand watching it too. All nights staying can easily heard noises from next door or on the floor below(function room located).

Large room and requested room provided on a high floor. Beautiful views, rooftop swimming pool and large, comfortable lobby area. Buffet breakfast was not suitable for vegetarian but they make a pretty good coffee in the cafe. All staff were warm, welcoming and helpful. In front of the hotel is a convenience store and massage, so make sure to have cash. I can't personally vouch for the massage as I had elsewhere, but worth a look as it's right in front of the hotel.

Room exactly like in picture. Definitely more value than the price paid - big hotel lobby, spacious room, clean, strong air conditioning. It is a fine hotel to stay in at this price but don’t compare to modern 4 stars - very old designs but clean and spacious for a comfortable stay.
Tip: There is another exit behind the lobby cafe that leads to a condotel and another main road closer to Nimman.

Very nice hotel for a very decent price. Very clean, and rooms serviced daily. Extra amenities such as slippers and robes were nice additions. A couple different pools, but only one was open during the stay. Rooms are very large, with kitchen-like cabinets, but no dishes and cooking not allowed. Kettle provided and drinking water daily. Must re-connect to wifi several times a day, which is a bit annoying. And muaic playlist at the pool consists of about 4 songs that played on repeat all week, despite several requests to change it up a bit. There are a couple of lounges, one playing live music and NBA games!
