Very nice hotel right in the old town of Chiang Mai. The personnel is very kind and helps with all questions. They also organize your trip to the elephant sanctuary or the Thai boxing Stadion. We extended our stay for several days! Forchheim breakfast you can choose from three choices, but after several days it’s always the same so we went to choose from the plenty of breakfast offers nearby the hotel!

A nice cozy place to stay. Just outside the old city, very convenient. Like the Thai style architecture design. 2 bottles of drinking water per person provided each day and this is not common. Appreciate the thought. Breakfast is good - 3 choices with self-served drinks, fruit, bread and congee.

Great location, few mins walk to thaphae gate.
Staff are nice with smile all the time. Just to improve with the water temperature would be perfect.

Lovely hotel. Love the bathroom! Friendly staff. Great location.
Only complaint is the shower. Hot water is not consistent. Water turns cold suddenly while showering and becomes warm again after about 1 min.

Didn’t have any issues with this hotel.
Very friendly staff, and conveniently located amount a lot of things.
I would definitely stay here again, one thing I wouldn’t do is the day trip to Chiang Ria, the coach was very small and uncomfortable but that’s nothing to do with the hotel. The hotel was very good.
