I had a good stay at this hotel. The location is great—close to everything you need but far enough from the bustling and touristy old town, making it a peaceful retreat. The room was beautiful, and the private terrace was a fantastic bonus. It added a nice touch to my experience and was a great spot to relax.
The only suggestions for improvement would be to have a fan in the room, as the air conditioning was a bit too cold for my preference. Also, the coffee wasn’t included as part of breakfast, only a juice (water with sugar not a fresh juice), which wasn’t quite what I expected. It would have been great to have a more complete breakfast option.
Overall, I recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient spot to stay!

Lovely oasis of green within the city , a well cared garden is at the centre of this hotel .
Ice ( the hotel manager) is excellent- so helpful and so much local knowledge.
I would stay here again , when I return to Chiang Mai .

The hotel is in a small alley, relatively quiet, and very close to the ancient city. I stayed in a twin room on the first night. Unfortunately, there was no hot water in the shower at night. The double bed room we stayed in the next day had hot water, which was much more comfortable. The ICE at the front desk was very friendly and helped us carry our luggage upstairs. The environment in the yard is very good and the layout is beautiful. There are thoughtful cloth slippers, disposable shower caps, and clothes drying racks in the room, which are very convenient. There are two other small yards in the back for breakfast and swimming.
