The hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of the old city walls of Chiang Mai: about ten minutes on foot. Very clean hotel with spacious and well-kept rooms, each with its own balcony overlooking the central swimming pool. The room is equipped with all the main comforts with free access every day: 1 bottle of water each, tea and coffee. Bottles of water are always available and always free even at the reception. A la carte breakfast with a choice of 3 options: quantities not exaggerated but prepared with great care. The strong point is Mrs. Noi, owner of the hotel, extremely helpful and ready to solve any type of problem. Since returning from an excursion in the mid-afternoon he offered us some fruit and, since our daughter eats practically nothing that deviates from Western cuisine, we asked if it was possible to have something to give her. Immediately satisfied with a cup of milk and chocolate cereals, with an encore on top of that. She advised us and organized the various tours and as soon as we asked her if there was the possibility of reaching Sukotai by van, she immediately contacted a person she trusted at a reasonable price. Too bad for the lack of an internal restaurant. Congratulations for everything and thank you for your loving hospitality. Super recommended.

Family of 6: a couple, 4 teenagers aged 19, 16 and 2 aged 11. 3 night stay in the hotel. The hotel is well appointed, quiet although very close to activities. All the rooms face the swimming pool which is very pleasant. You shouldn't be too careful about cleanliness, especially under the bed, but overall it's okay. Regarding the service, and which justifies the rating, our experience was deplorable: My eldest son suffered from violent stomach aches and nausea when we arrived at 7:30 a.m. He had already had to spend a night on the train in this state. We had a cooking class scheduled for 8:30. We basically just had to drop off our luggage and pick up our rooms mid-afternoon. Given the condition of our eldest son, we asked that a room be given to him as quickly as possible depending on customer departures (2 families left between 7:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m.). Ms. Noy ​​assured us that it would be done and we left for our activity leaving Maxime confidently by the pool with water and adequate medication. He only got his room around 1 p.m. and his suitcase was not even brought up for him. He couldn't take it anymore. They just gave him access to a living room with sofas that were too small on which he couldn't lie down. Ms. Noy ​​shows a certain lack of friendliness by not saying hello, not a smile, nothing. The pool towel bin was most often empty. The big moment is the breakfasts: The day we left for the mountains, my companion came down very early to order the 6 breakfasts, we had them 30 minutes later and still not all at the same time. My eldest son's coffee took 45 minutes, having been requested 3 times in the meantime. Fortunately we were well ahead of schedule but for an excursion and even in normal times, this is not possible. I'll give you the mini glasses of half-filled orange juice, you have to ask for it and then you wait another 10 minutes. We will not recommend this hotel to anyone even if then they tried to make up for it with cakes in the rooms. This lacks professionalism. Other hotels deserve more work.
