The room is located in the ancient city of Chiang Mai. There is a convenience store at the door, which is very convenient to go out. The hotel as a whole is a garden resort with a swimming pool and construction rooms. The room is also very quiet. I feel that the stay experience is very good.

The best hotel I have ever stayed in Thailand, bar none. The biggest feature: small but exquisite, high cost performance, which makes it hard to find a room. The beef noodles are especially delicious, and it really lives up to its reputation. As soon as I entered the room, I saw two little elephants folded with towels on the bed, which was impressive. Chiang Mai Old Town and Thapae Gate are within walking distance; Nimman Road business district is not too far away. I hope to stay here again next time I go to Chiang Mai.

This hotel is in a central location and you can easily go everywhere on foot. Most importantly, when you open, 7/11 is 1 minute walking distance. The night market is also close by walking. Most importantly, the people at the reception are very sweet and help you immediately if you need something. If I come to Chiang Mai again, this is the first hotel I will stay in🙏😇

We recently stayed at Smile Lanna Hotel for 3 days and 2 nights, and it was an unforgettable experience for our family. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a charming blend of traditional Lanna architecture and modern comforts. Our kids absolutely loved the spacious family-friendly room, and the hotel’s pool was a huge hit. We spent a lot of time there, as it was perfect for both adults and children. The location is ideal, offering easy access to many nearby attractions, yet it felt like a peaceful retreat within the city. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, and we appreciated how accommodating the hotel was to our children’s needs. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, Smile Lanna Hotel exceeded our expectations and provided the perfect setting for a relaxing family getaway. Highly recommended for families traveling to Chiang Mai.

Second time staying this hotel. Beautiful rooms and pool area. Friendly service. Nice breakfast. Hotel is about 7 mins walk to Wat Pra Singh, Silver temple and Saturday market. First time we stayed here, our room was a little back from the pool and it was much quieter. This time we had a room overlooking pool and it could get a bit noisy during the day and was supposed to close at 2100 but noone from hotel enforced this. Rooms could be a bit better soundproofed too. Overall, still a decent hotel but with some areas to improve on.

The owner/ manager was one of the kindest ladies I met during my travels in Thailand. So hospitable and sweet, she gave such an enthusiastic and warm welcome and really made my stay memorable. The building seemed like it was old but refurbished, but is well taken care of, very clean, and the room was adorable! The common areas were done up well and seemed like a nice spot to hang out and relax before heading out or after a long day (I had a full itinerary so didn't have much downtime to enjoy it). My only comment would be that as a solo female traveller coming from overseas, I appreciate knowing there is someone on premises 24/7, in case of any sort of emergency late at night. Since your hotel is really your home base/ safe place while travelling, it was a bit discomforting when I was told that staff leave at midnight and don't return until breakfast time. However, I wouldn't detract from my rating of the hotel, simply feedback for them and for other solo female travellers to consider, in case it's important to you.

I should have stayed longer :) Good atmosphere. Delicious and beautiful breakfast,drinks. Very polite staff. The whole stay, starting from the welcoming was an amazing experience. I really loved the hotel and the neighbourhood. Will definitely come back if I visited Chiang Mai again.

The hotel in general is quite recommendable. The location is good as it is inside the wall and very close to one of the main streets where you can find bike rentals, coffee, washing machines etc. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and we got water bottles every day in the mini bar. There is a swimming pool when you get into the hotel and it's okay since it's enough to refresh you from high temperatures. The staff is friendly and recommend things to do in your stay in the city. The room was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable. They have breakfast available in addition to the price . We were left after check out.

The hotel is not big, but it is an art hotel with many artworks. The swimming pool is not big, but it is very comfortable and the overall environment is very beautiful. I don't know if it is a time issue, there are not many Chinese people, most of them are foreigners, it feels very quiet and comfortable. Except that it is close to the market and it will be a bit noisy at noon. The service is very good, and the brother at the front desk is always smiling. Because I brought my children, we were given a late check-out on the last day for the children to rest. The breakfast variety is good, but the taste is also good. The transportation is also very convenient, go to 711, and the weekend market is very close. I should visit this hotel twice.
