Room is very spacious considering it’s a budget hotel. Very close to airport so that’s convenient. Not many eateries around. No stairs so please take note if you have heavy luggage.

Clean, simple, affordable accommodation located a short drive from the old town.
Experienced some issues with the WiFi whilst working online, but was generally satisfactory.
Breakfast buffet is somewhat limited, offering a basic but decent choice selection, though lacked variety for a longer stay.
Staff were incredibly polite and helpful.
Motorbikes are available for rent from the front desk, with free drop-off and pick-up service.
Overall, a solid option for budget-conscious travellers looking for convenience and comfort, with a few areas that could be improved for a longer or more work-focused stay.
Overall I liked the hotel. Location is around 10 min walk to the southern gate of the old city. The hotel provides a free shuttle/tuktuk to 2 of the old city gates. You can take it one way and then either walk back or take a cheap GRAB.
Rooms and hotel are nicely decorated. My room had a nice balcony with 2 chairs overlooking the pool area. Pool looked nice but I didn't use it. Bed and pillows were soft. Shower had very hot water. AC was really strong. My one complaint is the floors. The tiles were very dirty. I posted 2 photos from my room. I wouldn't use it to determine my stay there again but would be good if the hotel did a better job cleaning them. Room had complimentary potato chips, instant noodles, soda, juice and water.
Breakfast was from 7-10am and was included in the room fee. I've stayed at other hotels in Chiang Mai and this place had my least favorite breakfast. Eggs were cold both days. Fruit wasn't sweet both days. Just a normal buffet type breakfast.

I had a great stay at oyo winner Inn. The location was perfect for exploring, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a bit old but clean and comfortable. A fridge was available. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. I would definitely stay here again!
Loved my stay! Clean rooms, comfy bed, and friendly staff. Perfect location with great amenities. Breakfast was delicious. Only minor downside: [mention any issue, e.g., slow Wi-Fi]. Would definitely stay again!
Very satisfied! ! ! This is the biggest gain of this trip to Chiang Mai. I didn't expect that I could meet a group of friends from China in a hotel in a foreign country. It is the seriousness and responsibility of Boss Ye, who solves problems in a timely manner, and the sharing and warmth among everyone, which are all super plus points.
The hotel is in a great location, not far from the old city, Thapae Gate, and the airport, and it's very quiet (except at night when everyone gets together). Secondly, the environment is very good, as you can see from this picture, there are gardens, swimming pools, parking lots, and public areas, and it's very cost-effective! ! ! Chinese people just need to close their eyes and live.
There are not many places that make me want to go to the same city again. It requires good scenery, nice people and special experiences. Because of the fate in this hotel and the group of people I met, I look forward to seeing this city again and again. I hope that everyone who comes here can have a special fate.

Simple and clean room, which is good for a night stay before heading to airport. Value for money given self service breakfast of toast and hot beverages available on the house for guests. Only down side is water pressure from shower head not adequate.

Very clean, rooms are cleaned every day. The only thing I didn't like was that you have to pay for the gym separately, since there is very little space there and the machines are old, there are few of them. We paid 120B each. The location is good, there are two 7/11 nearby. And it was noisy, at 7 am people start talking, probably going to breakfast. Breakfast costs 100B, which is very budget-friendly. Overall, a good hotel for the money.
My family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. When the first hotel we boomed was hit by flood, they transferred here and the hotel admin was easily contacted. They are very hospitable. The place is in higher area and free from floods.
Pros:
- The room is clean and spacious enough for comfort.
- Staff are friendly and welcoming.
- Location is great.
- wi-fi connection speed is good and stable.
- water pressure is good
Cons:
- The room is quiet but noisy in mornings.

Amazing
TTerryThat's awesome. We love the location near the Saturday walking street and everything you need are well prepared by the hotel. Excellent breakfast make us energetic everyday. and all the drinks water, snacks, fruits, instant noodles and coffee are all included and no limited. What can I request more?
HHemaliI loved this homestay. The owner was a lovely lady who was so welcoming and she let me check in early. Offered me free coffee, tea and hot cocoa in the morning. The homestay is in a great location and easy to locate on the map.
Thank you for welcoming me. 😃
GGuest UserThe hotel is very good, not big but has a five-star level and great value for money.
Room: The hygiene is very good and it is cleaned every day.
Suite design, kitchen, living room, dining room, and bedroom are fully functional. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, microwave, and induction cooker, which is very convenient.
The suite is divided into three spaces: bedroom, dining room, and kitchen. Because the total area is not large, the area of each space is slightly smaller. The kitchen takes up a lot of overall space, and it feels like a waste if we don't cook.
Breakfast: It's great, with both Western and Thai food. You can eat the same food for several days. The coffee tastes great and is very strong.
In addition to breakfast, the restaurant on the first floor also serves formal Thai food with high ratings. It is surrounded by green trees and accompanied by waterfalls. It is a little expensive but worth every penny. I recommend their specialty grilled crispy pork belly.
The service is top notch.
The only drawback is that the location is relatively remote. You have to take a taxi to go to the ancient city, but it is also very close to the airport, only ten minutes' drive away. There is not much around. There is a gas station and a small supermarket on the east side, and there is a shopping mall on the west side in ten minutes' walk. It is better than nothing. Because on the main road, there are occasional vehicles roaring at night.

IIrvin Chi-ISnugged in a corner of a residential area is this gorgeous hotel that matches its name - White. Two 4 storey buildings and an open pool area make up this comfortable hotel with big huge rooms! Don't expect too much variety for your breakfast but it is sufficient!
The location of the hotel is relatively near to (within 10 mins walk): 1) Chiang Mai Gate Market, 2) Anusarn Market, 3) Chiang Mai Night Bazaar, and 4) Wau Lai Walking Street by the river of Mae Kha Canal.
You'll have to take time and walk around this area. If you stay around here for more than 3 days, you will find that this area has many little shops and restaurants littered all around that serves fabulous food at very affordable prices! Enjoy your stay! God bless! 😁👍👌✝️❤️
GGuest UserHelp me upgrade the largest room for free the next day, and no charge, because I reacted to the original room was small.
The next day's breakfast had another porridge for me to eat, and it would help me with free microwaves. The service was very good and the price was very reasonable.
I chose him most mainly because the location is very good, very close to the market, very suitable for my needs.
GGuest UserLe Ville Lanna Boutique Hotel in Chiang Mai truly exceeded all expectations, offering an exceptional experience that left us in awe. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were captivated by its stunning modern architecture and state-of-the-art appliances that perfectly blend luxury with comfort.
David and his mother, the attentive hosts, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfection. Their warm hospitality and wealth of knowledge about the local attractions made our trip truly unforgettable. They were always ready to advise us on the best places to visit, dine, and explore, enhancing our Chiang Mai adventure significantly.
The hotel's location was a true gem, conveniently close to everything Chiang Mai has to offer. Just a quick 10-minute drive from the airport, we didn't waste any time getting to our luxurious haven. Moreover, we were delighted to find ourselves just 5 minutes away from the bustling walking markets, immersing ourselves in the vibrant local culture and flavors.
As we took leisurely strolls around the area, we were delighted to find that the enchanting old town was merely a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Exploring the historical sites and charming streets became a daily ritual, and we cherished every moment of it.
One aspect that stood out for us was the hotel's tranquil setting on a quiet road, surrounded by locals. The sense of safety and peace added to the overall serenity of the place, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploration.
Our stay at Le Ville Lanna Boutique Hotel has truly been one of the best experiences we've had in Chiang Mai. We are already eagerly planning our next visit, as we can't wait to relive the wonderful memories and create new ones in this extraordinary haven. Thank you, David and the entire team, for making our stay so memorable and leaving us with an indelible impression of exceptional hospitality and beauty in Chiang Mai.
HHENGXIAOThe room is clean and tidy, suitable for young friends, affordable, service is OK, the location is relatively deep and not easy to find, the hotel's logo is not very prominent, the overall is still very good!
XXiaoxiaoaitravelI stayed for another night and the experience was very good. The room faced the sun, the climate was very comfortable in the morning and evening, and there was plenty of sunlight at noon. My dad usually likes to drink tea on the balcony, but this time he took his parents out and they liked it very much. The hotel owner and staff are very friendly, and the European and American tourists staying in the hotel are also very friendly. It is also very convenient to take a taxi when going out every day. I will still choose here if I come back in the future.
จจุฑามาศ ทองจันทร์I really like this place. It is very convenient to walk to Chiang Mai Gate. In the morning and evening, there are many food options in the old city. The accommodation is very chill. In the evening, we can sit and enjoy the atmosphere in the quiet and atmospheric local community. Near the accommodation, there is a local grilled fish shop that is very delicious. If I have a chance, I will definitely come back to stay again.
