I arrived the day before the Loy Krathong Festival. I only booked one day and the room was sold out the next day. So I missed the Loy Krathong Festival, which was a pity. Facilities: The facilities of Ibis are basically OK. I stayed in the building next to it. The building near the front desk looked better. There were free bottled water in the refrigerator. The air conditioner in the room I stayed in was very noisy, and I didn't sleep well all night. Hygiene: It's still clean, basically no problem. Environment: Not far from Chiang Mai University, you can reach it on foot, and it's not far from other attractions, and it's not expensive to take a taxi. It's just that the room I stayed in was blocked by another building of the hotel and I couldn't see the scenery and street view. Service: The most satisfactory.
