The services is nice,politeness,the room is huge,but there are no elevator,it isn’t convenient for elderly to go up first floor.

Close 5 minute walk from Chiang Rai bus station terminal 1. Good location right next to Night Bazaar and close to pedestrian street with night market on Saturday's. Rooms were huge and clean. Bed was good. Shower water pressure was a little light. One day my hot water didn't seem to work well. Next day it worked fine. Good price. Would stay again.

チェックイン、アウトの手続きがとても簡単で
スタッフの女性の方はいつ出会っても素敵な笑顔で声掛けをしてくださいました。
朝食は食べ過ぎずにいられるほどのバイキングで
私たちにはちょうどよかったです。
場所は女性だけでは暗い道の少し奥にありますが
歩いてナイトバザールや時計台まで10分ほどで行けました。
タクシーのドライバーさんもよく知っておられるホテルだったのでスムーズに移動もできました。
最後に犬と猫に会うこともでき可愛くお見送りしてくれ大切にされてるのだなぁとこちらがうれしくなったぐらいです。
まだ利用したいホテルでした。ありがとうございました。

This is an interesting place to stay. We had a suite and it was quite spacious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was tiny and hot water was a hit or miss. Even after a 5 minute warm up period. But it was adequate for our two night stay. Check-in was unique. We ended up getting in later than we had planned. The hostess was not there, but our paperwork was along with our keys so after waiting about 15 minutes, we checked ourselves in. Our hostess was there when we checked out. She is warm and hospitable. Breakfast was ok. A small but decent selection, but if you eat later the food may or may not be warm. Even though food is in warmers, there is nothing keeping them warm. I suggest eating when they open. It was much better then.

Bright gold hotel with red and gold furniture. I would recommend any of my friends/family to stay here. You’ll never get the chance to stay in this type of decorated hotel. The staff a lovely and very helpful. The room was enormous and had shower gel/shampoo in the bathroom. It’s was cleaned every day and we were given clean towels and more water. There is also tea/coffee sachets and a kettle, and a tv. The hotel is in a perfect location to walk to the night market and daytime if you have a car drive to see the white temple, it’s absolutely amazing. There is also parking outside the hotel too and breakfast was fine.

Quite possibly the best hotel I've ever stayed in. OK so this is only a small privately run hotel and doesn't have a bar or swimming pool etc, but the standards of accommodation, service and breakfast are of a very exceptional standard. Also, the owner could not have been more helpful.

Staff were great and friendly. Breakfast in the morning was good and filling. Our room was cleaned without asking. About 10 min walk to the bar/restaurant area. Laundry service was quick and cheap. Always had hot water. Big room with comfy beds. Wifi and AC was excellent
