The hotel is about 5 mins walking from Chiang Rai bus terminal, the a.bientbis cute and warm, good service the receptionist speaks English pretty well, the have good amenities in the rooms, everything that you need, comfortable beds and clean, very quite place no need to worry for load noise, they also gives you info about night market and touristic places, is quite secure and nice.

Basic hotel, good for short stays on a budget. Rooms remind me of child’s bedroom / nursery. Bath room wasn’t the best and shower was terrible ( just about warm enough to shower) Staff are friendly. If anyone is planning on staying I recommend using a local tour guide / taxi driver called Niran +66 84 324 4098. Speaks and understands English perfectly.

A cheerful and cute looking place that is well located in a quiet spot not far from the main Chiang Rai bus station. I'd best describe it as a backpacker resort rather than a hotel or similar, but I really liked it overall. Friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms with comfortable beds and effective air conditioning. The bathrooms have an interesting design and aesthetic that goes beyond the simply functional. There is a light breakfast available consisting of tea/coffee, toast and jam, and eggs (self-cooked) which is enough to get you up and going. The only negatives I encountered was a room door that required a fair slam to close and lock, and once again no mini-fridge - though chilled water was available on tap for refilling bottles whenever you wanted. Absolutely recommended for those looking for reasonably priced quiet accommodation in Chiang Rai - not just backpackers and younger travellers.

In our top 3 guesthouses in Thailand. We spent 2 very pleasant nights there. We appreciated the charm and the decor, the spacious room, the kitchen provided and the very welcoming staff. We simply feel good there. Bravo and thank you.

The hotel is located in the central area of Ching Mai, we reached it in a few minutes on foot, from the bus station. The resort is managed by very kind and helpful young girls. Spacious room with original furnishings, small but adequate bathroom. Rooms, common area, kitchen are characterized by pleasant furnishings and colors. At the time of booking, it appears that breakfast is not included, in reality a kitchen is made available for common use where you can find, for free use, the necessary to prepare yourself a sweet and savory breakfast, of course you have to leave it clean, for us a pleasant surprise. Definitely recommended
