We enjoyed our 2 night stay in Chiang Rai. This hotel was clean and very budget friendly including breakfast and daily bottles of water. My only complaint is that we couldn’t get the water hot enough for a shower.

The location is near tourist attractions and restaurants and shops. The owner is very kind. The staff is also friendly. The room has everything you need. There are 2 bottles of water.

A cozy little hotel 10 minutes walk from the clock tower in a quiet alley, 5 minutes to the night market where the whole evening life of the town takes place, a food court and live music and there is also a bus station nearby, from which you can go anywhere, including the White Temple (25 baht). Responsive and helpful staff. And as a bonus you get a good continental breakfast (scrambled eggs, juice, coffee, toast and bananas. Everything is super! I recommend it!

Stayed here for a few nights.• This was my first time in Chiang Rai. I have nothing bad to say, the room was a good size for one person, very clean, towels, shower gel, shampoo, bottled water etc were provided, and it was cleaned every day. When I come back from a few days away, I feel great and fresh. The shower handle needs to be in a certain direction for the hot water to work - (if it's pointing towards you, more pressure = less hot water). The location is excellent, just a few minutes away from the night market, very convenient. There are many beautiful temples nearby within walking distance. There is also a clock tower, cat cafe, Watsons, bus station, Boots, restaurants, etc., all within walking distance - 5 minutes. I recommend staying here.. if you want to go further afield to see the White and Blue Temple you can hire a biker for a few baht.
I walked about 2 hours from my hotel to see the giant Buddha statue and I saw a lot of cool things along the way. I really recommend walking around and seeing the sights rather than taking transport, you will find hidden gems along the way. A+
