Great stay in the great location of Chiangrai. The floor was made of wood so sometimes you can here your neighbor stumbled their feet. Overall its a great stay.

The rooftop wasn't cleaned. When i booked, the reason was the rooftop. When asked, the answer was 'we clean it in december '. While they ask you to put off your shoes before entering, but in 3 nachts, no clean towels, room not cleaned, the handsoap was finished, no new hand soap. Lazy bunch. Now i know why about the shoes. If you like to stay here, the price isn't right.
