Bad stuff the white lady who has a tattoo on hand not have a good service mine. Always focus on mobile phone. When customer talking to her. She keep quiet not concentrate with customer. I complain for the noise at night time of the room beside.

Taxi from airport will cost 160 bath, hotel is located in the town center and nearby bus terminal 1.
Many night markets around.
From this bus terminal can travel to anywhere including laos and Cambodia.
Hotel is old but clean and breakfast is super good with many choices. Overall enjoyed the stay.

The room facilities are very complete and clean. We stayed for two consecutive nights. It was quite convenient to live on the first floor. We were originally arranged to live on the third floor, but we asked to live on the first floor. If there was still room, the counter also arranged it for us. The breakfast was simple but very good. The dining atmosphere of the breakfast was very leisurely.

I enjoyed my stay here, and very nice room. The room cleaning was done really well, and very centrally located. There is a nice cafe and coffee shop downstairs. They have 6 common shower rooms many, and 6 common toilets, and all are spotless clean, with shower gel disposal, and great amenity kits. A lot of EU travelers come to stay here. But, a few nights, I was experiencing loud door banging's, and one night, a guest was banging his room walls. Rest all great, and the host was a nice guy.

Hotel was very nice. Bed was comfortable and clean. Near the city of Chiangrai. Very convenient.
Comes with simple breakfast from 6:30-10:00am.
Hot shower, towels, toothpaste, toothbrush and hair dryer includes in the fee.
Very good service with happy staff who is very helpful.
Surely will stay here again next trip.

We needed a 3 night stay in Chiang Rai, so we picked this hotel and found it was in a very convenient location in the center of the city. The lovely people at reception welcomed us with a drink and had our room ready for us. The room was large and clean. There was a variety of dishes for breakfast with good service. It was an excellent stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying a short stay.

Generally pleasant, Fantastic location and relatively new facilities that ensured a comfortable experience. However, the receptionist and restaurant staff could improve their friendliness and customer service. It seemed they lacked the patience to provide directions or assistance when needed. Despite this drawback, the overall stay was enjoyable, thanks to the convenient location and comfortable accommodations.

Breakfast was amazing!I liked it, the towels could be better, because they were quite tired and old but the rest part of sort of ok. Recommend to stay here for some days!

MMARIA CARRERA REINAExcellent location, I walked from the Chiang Rai bus terminal and the staff who greeted me were very friendly, they help with information and booking tours and transportation. The cleanliness is impeccable, they have a cafeteria and work area, on the terrace there is a large space to rest and it is beautiful surrounded by plants, they provided me with all the toiletries, the space is very cozy.

The location is really nice, near the bus station but unfortunately bear to some bars, so in the night you can hear a few noises for the music. KKatiQuite a comfortable place in a tranquil neighbourhood a bit far from the very centre, but still within a walking distance. Good breakfast and you're brought two 0,5-litre bottles of water every day, even if you don't ask for cleaning. Then they leave the water by the door. There are bikes which guests can take for free (though I didn't). The only problem is the internet which was a bit slow for videocalls.

GGuest UserChiang Rai is very small and there are tourist facilities, and if you rent a motorbike, you can go to Phu Chi Fah and the Golden Triangle in about 2 hours, so I think it's the best location for retirees. I have to write one disappointing thing. There are ants everywhere in the room, on the bed, on the sheets, on the desk, and even on the sink. If you have any leftover food, it will be swarmed by ants the next day, so I think it's better to put it in the shared refrigerator next to the front desk.

EEvelynSuper friendly staff, great service, clean room and spacious too! They even provide free Toast with jam / butter, Coffee, Ovaltine and water for breakfast from 6.30-10am! It’s really great and they also provide water at the end of the day at your doorstep if you are out! Super convenient walk out of the place to Main Street to shop too! Peaceful place and lovely! Will stay again when back in Chiang Rai!

AAndrei GubinVery friendly, communicative and helpful host! Nice Thai breakfast like in best cafes. Very neat and cozy room and house itself. Historical building with well-cared territory. The peculiarities are shoes off before entering like in most private places, and bathroom next door. Location is fine, close to markets, including Saturday's one. Free parking inside. Highly recommended!
