The room is clean, as advertised, minimalist style. The first time I stayed here, I was very impressed. I like that next to the hotel, there is an Avenue feel, restaurants, 7-11, markets, and drug stores. Perfect 🩷 I really like the hotel's breakfast corner. The menu is my favorite: sticky rice with pork!!😍 The receptionist is very nice and friendly. Thank you for making a good hotel for us to stay at.

Room is good size. Furniture is a little dated but ok.  Very clean. Service is very good.  Staff are very friendly and always greeted us with a smile.  We asked for a high floor and we got it.  Much appreciated.  Breakfast was included with our room.  It was very good with lots of varieties.  The pool is very nice and relaxing.  Location wise, a big mall is down the road.  Clock Tower and night markets are not too far away by car.  A good stay.  Would recommend.

Overall, it's very good. The food is delicious. The Connect Family rooms are good, clean, and most importantly, not expensive. At Baan Kom Mak, I slept for 3 nights in a row. Booked through Trop.com for a very cheap price.

The pillows are soft but the mattress is very hard. May be suitable for elderly people who like hard mattresses. If the light in the room is too bright, there should be a bedside lamp as well. And if you can use a hair dryer, that would be great.
