Only stayed there for a night but I think it was fairly ok, my only issue was that there was no windows in the room so it felt very enclosed. It was near some attractions so I think the location is pretty ok.

Comfortable… no itchyness after check outs… why so? Been to different hotels and i feel so itchy after checking out… but here at ESun villa, i think its clean and cozy🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶

The service attitude of the staff on duty at 9:00 am on March 1 and 2 was really bad 👎 I told her the license plate number, but she ignored me and told me to just park outside and find a spot myself when I came back.
Another day, cockroaches were found in room 319. We notified the counter during check-out and asked for enhanced cleaning. The staff on duty had no expression on their face and said they would report it to the duty manager. They also said that they would not give us any compensation at the moment. This kind of service attitude has greatly reduced the friendly image of Taiwan for foreign tourists.
There was no shampoo in room 316, and it was not replaced after 2 days of notification.
The service auntie at the breakfast area is friendly and smiling. The food is delicious and there are many choices. Highly recommended 👍🏻

The room is large, the bed is soft and the bathroom is clean.
The shower head also has a large amount of water, so you don’t have to worry about competing for hot water!
