Nice hotel, with a cute pool and lovely rooms for the price. A few times the staff weren’t as courteous as they might have been (I’ve found Taiwan to be extremely friendly until Chiayi!) but overall it was a nice experience

This stay was a very uncomfortable experience. The toilet bowl in the bathroom was not sure whether it was old or not because it was not cleaned properly, but left very uncomfortable dirt. When I notified the front desk staff to come and check, the staff simply said that the dirt was not dirty, but was a stain left by the toilet bowl itself. So how did the stain form? This is very confusing to us guests and we have the attitude that we can stay or not.

Great service, great experience, everything from check-in to check-out is great, there is a bathtub for bathing, the room is clean and comfortable, and the smart assistant is very convenient and cute. In addition, tea and snacks are provided. Overall, it is perfect😍. If there is only one shortcoming here, it should be that the room is a bit humid because of the bathing space...
